I've booked Sam and myself on the epic distance.
Could you all Email me please, so I can update the list of who's doing what. We can then all start as a mass group and then part at the cut off points along the way. I will post the list on the captains page on the main website shortly.

Hi Rob,
I'm planning on doing the middle distance if I'm not still broken. It is getting better but still have very limited movement in my ankle and pretty much no flexibility without swear words.
If I'm not able to take part are the entries transferable? It seems a shame to waste a space and I'd rather it went to someone from the club who wanted to do it.
