TT coaching sessions Mountbatten track

I'm looking at x6 1 hour British Cycling sessions at Mountbatten Centre concentrating on TT: starts,seated acceleration,out of saddle acceleration,aero bars,2-up TT & TTT
I've sent out an email but incase I missed you, register you interest to trigwill@gmail.com paid up club members of PNECC on a first come basis, if I have further places will open it up to further riders outwith PNECC.
£3 per session per rider to cover costs, probably on a Tuesday evening 8:30 to 9:30 (waiting for confirmation)

I'm happy to lend a hand. I'll bring my tool box too just in case.

No make him ride his toolbox around the track, then we'd see how good his campag tools and spares really are!

Will be trial fitting some ergo levers to the toolbox this afternoon. Can only squeeze 8 speed on though. Bit worried about being able to get my saddle position right.

Have had confirmation from Sue Page that athletes will be clear in time for the planned TT sessions to run 8.30-9:30 pm commencing Tues 20th March. If you still haven't registered an interest email me on trigwill@gmail.com have only a few places left.

Thanks Dave for the TT session, very useful start to the 6 weeks, well 3 for me! Hopefully next time I turn up I will have a PNECC top to at least look the part

It was great to see so much PNECC kit on the track tonight and Mark will soon look the part too!

Anyone who didn't ride missed out on some enlightening lessons and some cracking banter too. It's not too late though - see you at 8pm next week?

can only endorse the comments further, an excellent session and opportunity to practice starts (something rarely done unless you have a willing assistant) all on a traffic free environment. Thanks to Lisa, Sam, Paul, Mark, Jerry, Charlie, Keith, Raymond and Rob

Too many riders complaining about their fitness levels? Now's your chance to improve? Come along to the sessions and experience YOUR club session - when was the last time you had this opportunity, just PNECC monopolising the track? Leave your excuses at home and get on your bike, 8PM Tuesday. I won't 'break' you and you can DO something about that excuse about fitness. Oh and have some FUN!

I'm catering for all levels of fitness, technique and skills - you just need to provide the bike & rider.

Weather is looking decidedly better than yesterday...see you there!
