Ladies/Girls Indoor Velo at Calshot

These sessions run fortnightly on a Monday evening 7-9pm from 20th January until the end of March. You can hire a bike and shoes on the night.  All sessions are run by qualified coaches and are suitable for all abilities.  Most importantly, you'll have fun!!  Post your interest here, we'll get car sharing organised.

I will be attending this Mondays session I have offered to car share and so far have confirmed passengers of Wendy and Katie.
If others would like to come along we could maybe do convoy if your not sure of the directions.

Please confirm if you are attending this session, we can organise car sharing nearer the time. Cost is approx £11 for bike hire and £5 for the coaching session.  If your shoes aren't compatible or you don't have road shoes you can hire these too for about £3.

Great session last night with Sam and Katie.  First time riding in a group and sprinting off from the front - it was awesome!
