Hi Robert

Thank you for entering the Duncton Sportive Pulse. Unfortunately, we have been let down at the last minute by one of our primary event partners, and in light of the hole that has left in the event line up, without time to arrange a replacement we feel we have no choice but to cancel the event.

Sportive Pulse is all about giving you a mix of riding and industry advice to help improve your cycling, and given the development this week, we don't feel we are able to offer you the event you have signed up to. The last thing we want is for you to leave one of our events feeling you haven't had value for money.

We will be holding your entry open for a full transfer to any other 2012 event on southernsportive.com. No extra balance will be due for events that cost more than the Pulse did, we'll just transfer your entry straight over. A list of events you can transfer to is below, ans full details of all events are on southernsportive.com. Alternatively, if you would prefer a full refund on your entry, please reply to this email and we will arrange that.

Thanks for supporting Sportive Pulse, we're sorry not to be able to proceed with the event.

Sadly Rob tells me that the event has been cancelled on the withdrawl of one of the major sponsors. In view of this we may organise a longer Club Ride on that date suject to sufficient interest. RayG
