Please be advised that the PNECC's Annual General Meeting is to be held at 7.30pm Friday 25th November 2011 at the Victory Indoor Bowls Club, Alex Way, North End, Portsmouth.
For those who have never been to such a meeting before, this is when you elect the members of the PNECC Executive Committee. It is also your opportunity to have your say and to influence the way the Club is run.
If there is something in particular that you wish to have discussed and voted upon, please contact the Secretary Paul Martin with your proposal, along with the name of another club member who seconds your proposal, no later than 16th November 2011.
Any such proposals will be incorporated into the formal agenda which will then be circulated one week before the meeting.
Additional items may be discussed on the night at the discretion of the Chairman or other Presiding Officer.
Please note only paid-up members of the PNECC may attend the AGM. Only Full members may make proposals and vote; Associate or '2nd Claim' members may join in with the discussion but are not entitled to vote on any matter.
Please also note that you do not have to have purchased a VIBC entry card to attend the AGM. A contact telephone number will be displayed on the VIBC's front door to gain entry.
