I'll be out tonight, Dave Dawkins and Tris said they might join too.

Unfortunately I'm racing in Brighton on Saturday, so won't be around to do a perms test run then. I imagine Paul Giles might want to though.

I'm probably going to be on Hayling earlier in the day so will not be joining you this evening

My knee is still a little bit iffy. I'm going to do a gentle 20 minute on the turbo then some stretching rather than risk further knee pain. Hopefully I'll see you next week!

I will not be there either this evening, not next week either as I'll be working until 8!
