Keith here is a course I've mapped from the data, you can download this from the Garmin site and use as a course, its set at a 16 mph pace which should be no problem

Ok so Dave recommended this route: http://connect.garmin.com/course/1134733# It was suggested last night that for a chaingang that is a little hilly - though I guess it depends a little on the riders and what they want to achieve out of it. The other option is Chichester and back ~26 miles from/to The George http://connect.garmin.com/course/1136448. There is of course no reason why we couldn't just use the really flat Southern side of the course in both directions if people want a super flat ride.

Dodgy link for the chichester route mate. The other route isnt really that bad, a bit lumpy in places, I guess it works better with a group of a similar level so a flatter route could work better for a mixed group. We on for saturday then?
