Flew the flag for PNE tonight at Hampshire road clubs evening 10.
The course was shortened to 8 miles due to loose chippings near the start but a good field of nearly 40 riders started.
I managed what I felt was a respectable 4th place and averaged just over 25mph, and as Coach Dave keeps reminding me im still in preperation phase, bring on the intervals!! Very Happy
