Old Portlians 25 m tt on g25/45

I rode this race this morning,it's the the second time in as many weeks,so I decided to try and push it a bit harder from the start as I know where I am going now,anyway it or went to plan until the last 4 ish miles which was against the wind,which slowed me down to below my average speed,and was to late to make any improvement.I finished 8 th with a time of 57:20 ,but the start was 150 m further back down the road than last time,which I thought was strange ,anyway it was the the same for everyone else.
