Very Happy Nice ride tonight - albeit blowing a gale and raining - managed a cheeky little run around: Plymouth - Saltash - Callington - Gunnislake - Tavistock - Plymouth 37 miles of some quite cheeky hills (x5 Cat5 ascents) and fierce descents. alien

Very Happy Dry but very windy evening. Some serious climbs (Aveton Gifford) in the wind felt like pedaling through treacle.
45 hilly miles in just over 3 hours, x3 cat 5 climbs (check out the Averton Gifford climb at 13.5 mls!) alien

Dave, that's some climbing mate. I used to live in Callington and there's some nasty climbs around there. Well worked.
