The PNE Van Vlaanderen Weekend will depart for the Belgium countryside on Thursday 20th April 2017 and return to the UK on Sunday 23rd April 2017.
Outline details can be seen at the bottom of this post.
It is to be emphasised that the pace will be “Sporty” (ie 18mph+ for 4+ hours). The trip is not designed to be non-inclusive, but to ensure that your enjoyment, and that of your travelling companions, is not compromised, and abilities are matched.
Placers are limited to 12 to 15 people, dependant on interest and volunteer drivers of large cars.
A deposit of £50 is required immediately to secure you place. It will become non-refundable as soon as the Eurotunnel is booked, unless you can sell on your place.
To reserve your place on the trip (even if you have already expressed an interest already), or if you need more details or clarification, please contact email@example.com .
First come first served, and if oversubscribed, a waiting list will be started.
We are looking to get this wrapped up and booked by the end of September 2016, so please respond ASAP.

A couple of weekends after the actual Tour of Flanders and Paris Roubaix sportives; Avoiding these peak weeks will offer a genuine experience, without the sportive limits or a package cost.
A social evening will be planned for Jan for the group to prepare together for the trip.
