Some of you might get fed up hearing Mark's pre-club run warnings on Sunday. Give up a few seconds of your time to see the consequences of getting it wrong in this clip.
I witnessed all of the safety points below being ignored on the 'Social ride' yesterday. Lets try not to learn the hard way.

No overlapping wheels.

Don't make sudden movements.

Give a warning about over or undertaking when you are going to be close to another rider, shout 'inside' or 'outside'.

When overtaking, don't move back to the nearside too quickly, it can cause a chain reaction down the line.

Don't suddenly stop pedalling on a climb, either when seated or as you get out the saddle.
