It was certainly a lovely morning to be riding a bike; just a shame I didn't have more time today. Reasonably happy that I managed to sqeeze 75 minutes worth in.

Well that was entertaining, haha. Sorry I slowed you guys up a bit but i did enjoy myself and so did lawrence, It was quite disappointing to find out how unfit i actually am!

We'll deffo be down for a few sunday rides if we manage to get up
