I was aiming for 5 hrs 30-45 mins, I have done the training but yesterday I have come down with a really bad cold, I have not been ill all year and the one weekend you need to be 100% fit this happens, depending how I feel on the day I may just ride with the group and aim for a good time in the Gauntlet in September? Don't forget guys - full PNE kit if you have it please! Wiggle usually put a short film clip together and post it on YouTube and we want to look our best! Very Happy

I've just looked online and seen that entering online for the Mega Meon is no longer available. For those who have entered already online then I'm sure you're glad you did. Though I'm sure there will be the possibility you still can enter on the day.

Not sure how the weather is going to turn out, as with good ole blighty they say one thing and it does the complete opposite. Just hope it's in our favour eh!

Remember to bring something to eat for the ride as although there will be energy foods and drinks at the feeding stations, they may not always be to your stomachs liking.
I've seen in the past, Jam doughnuts, Banana's, flapjack, orange slices, other cakes, gels, sandwiches, High 5 drink mixture & plain water. Best to be safe and take something with you just in case on the day Mr Piggy has been there already and troughed all the good stuff pig pig

Oh and remember to prep your bike up on the day before. Don't leave it until the day. Pick out those flints lurking of your tyres, or change them, pack at least 2 spares and patches, levers and a pump. Oil that chain, check and adjust them brake blocks.
Lastly.... ensure your PNE kit is ready to be displayed cheers cheers cheers
