Monday night road race coaching sessions

Mondays 8pm-9pm at the Mountbatten track. £5 per rider.

Spoke to the guy running it last night, he told me its all about group racing skills - lead outs, feeding at speed, etc.
The coach is an ex team GB cycling coach by the way.

I'm going to give it go next week, anyone else?
