Cheers dave,
James A raced as well but was DNF due to technical issues. We are all at it again wednesday and saturday (mountbatten).

There were some KLP's from the race and lots of areas for improvement. The one thing that is for sure it that we will be doing more winter miles this year. The preparation we did over the last winter has stood us in good stead but more is required.

Hope to see you soon.

R

Thanks also Dave!

It was a really good day and a good experience! Tough but enjoyed it! I think we all rode well too to stick it out! But as Rich says, lots of learning points and lots to build on!

A good photo gallery of the race can be found here, we feature in a fair few of the pictures:

I'm looking good to be able to make Mountbatten tomorrow, and will definitely be racing Saturday.

Also, the next road race, the next local one looks to be Team Axiom's Tour of the Milburys. It's a two stage race, with a road race and a hilly time trial. The full details can be found here:

http://www.team-axiom.co.uk/road.html

And the entry details here:

I've popped an application in the post so hopefully see you on the start line!
