Calshot is on from 7pm - 9pm tomorrow evening. The session costs £11 for the hire of the bike and £5 for the coaching, if you do not have your own keo plated shoes you will need to hire these to at a additional cost of £3. Helmets are compulsory, as always wrap up warm it's better to take layers off if necessary.
In addition 6 sessions have been booked at the Bournemouth outdoor velodrome the dates are as follows
May 19th
June 2nd
June 16th
June 30th
July 14th
July 28th
All sessions are from 11-1300hrs.
The session costs £5 per rider and bike hire is an additional £2.50 payable on the day.
All of the above sessions are ladies only, the sessions are well structured with lots of support for all riders.
I will be attending tomorrow evening however I will only have space for three in my car, so please let me know if you intend to travel with me.
