I am thinking of racing at the Brighton track in a couple of weeks. Anybody else up for that? There's a bus replacement service so I'm basically trying to scrounge a car lift.

On that note, if anyone is travelling to any other 4th Cat, early season races, let me know - I'll pay toward petrol  Wink

Hi mate,

I can't make that race but I will keep you posted if I'm doing others. Just a point though there is a 4th cat race on the 16th at the Mountbatten.

Ah pants, if realised Mountbatten started that early I wouldn't have entered in Brighton! Oh well, see how I get on. Maybe I will race on the Sunday too then.

I raced at brighton last weekend. The Brighton track is very similar to MB and will have the exact same sort of racing, so if there is racing on at MB I would race there instead.

the race at MB is a one off season opener, the next at MB after that are in march (9th, 22nd and 30th). Wednesday evening races start at MB on the 2nd April.

The Brighton races seem to carry on through the year though, so if there isn't a race on at MB it might be worth popping over. Saying that, they seem to move over from Saturday to Sundays in March, which clashes with both the club run and sailing.
