They were five of us in another fast 3/4 race tonight: Tom G, Paul G, Steve N, Andrew W and me. I recorded an average speed of 27.4mph over the 42ish minute race, so not a lot of hanging about. Well done to Tom for another top ten finish giving him enough points to get 3rd cat after last week's 2nd place. Bunch finishes for the rest of us, I think; another case of getting caught in the middle of the group on the last lap.

Got to say a massive thanks to Steve for the lead out, hammering it on the front for the final lap. Well done to all PNE riders tonight.

Yeah good work, but why weren't the other three of you in the pne line? You know by now that when the bell rings the move comes over the outside...

Results are up now: http://www.southbc.org.uk/wordpress/ray-martin-memorial-distance-league-45/
Be sure to check out the overall standings as there's only one race left in the series!

Very Happy Needs to be a concerted effort for this last race. Without tempting fate one person seems to be on form at the moment. Lets really work as a team this last one of the series, with blocking and stretching the field towards the end of the race. Line lead out would work but you'll need to form up quickly and not lead out someone 'sitting-in' (as the winner did all race).
Will talk on Wednesday alien
