I've chatted with Paul.M about going for a gentle ride on Christmas morning.

If anyone would be interested in joining in and getting away from peeling the spuds and commotion for a couple of hours, then add you name by replying.

The George is the meeting place, and the return destination. (Oh and it should be open by the time we get back). You are welcome to bring along a little toddy for the half way point, though only a taster.

Meeting up time is 9:00 with a scheduled departure time of 9:10.

Slight change agreed with Rob: Now 0930 at Cosham library on Christmas morning. A gentle plod out and back, hopefully encountering a pub for a quick pint. All back done and dusted in time for Christmas lunchtime!

I think due to the heavy rain we are having, it would be a good idea to cancel the ride Crying or Very sad
Mudguards or not, having wet clothes about the house and a dripping bike on the carpet won't go down too well....... No matter how many presents there are.

Have an extra mince pie instead. cheers

Had a lovely ride this afternoon, dry all the way and a welcome tailwind, just wish I'd taken the tt up the a3 now as that would have been quick!
